PetClaw is a pet health tracking and care management platform. We provide tools for logging health data, scheduling reminders, and AI-powered insights. AI-generated advice is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (pet photos, documents, health data). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the service.
PetClaw is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for veterinary decisions made based on AI-generated insights. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
