We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, name), pet profiles (name, species, breed, health data), and usage data to improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is used to provide pet health tracking, AI-powered insights, and care recommendations. Health data may be processed by third-party AI services (Google Gemini) to generate summaries and advice. We retain your data as long as your account is active.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate PetClaw: Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (payments), Google (AI processing), and Vercel (hosting). We do not share your data with advertisers.
When you share pet access with another user, they can view the pet profile and health data you choose to share. You can revoke shared access at any time from Settings.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with secure session management.
You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. To request full account deletion, contact us at privacy@petclaw.app.
